For the Opalescence ® Go kit, each of the pre-filled green wax whitening trays is labeled “U” for the Upper arch and “O” for the lower arch. For this strength of solution it is used daily for 60 to 90 minutes.

We will then explain how to place a teeth bleaching solution into the trays which can be worn daily for a few hours a day over two weeks. Wearing time can be reduced if your teeth are sensitive, but will require a longer period to achieve the shade of brightness you wish for.
